This type of diamond ring can be made with differing diamond sizes which will give rise to different cost levels. Generally, the central diamond will be larger in size than the adjacent stones.

The grade selection for these diamonds should be kept very close so as not to make the three mismatched.

Common sizes that work well are 0.50 / 2 x 0.25  and 0.75 / 2 x 0.35  a nice balance for most fingers.

Three stone rings can be in larger sizes but the 1.00 ct with 2 x 0.50 ct size range will produce a very large ring – great if it’s the look you want, but very big on the hand.
